This session aims to check your actual skills. You’ll be given a problem and you need to solve it from remote.
This session can take a few hours depending on the test.
In this stage, English doesn’t matter much, but your ability does. Probably you will pass this easily if you applied for a job you are best at, but sometimes the problem will be something you didn’t expect.
In most case this is the final stage of technical interview. But some company continues the interview with team manager or tem members.
